Refund policy

At Keepitcool, we comply with EU laws, allowing consumers to return clothing within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. This applies to non-business customers only.

Key Points:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Trying on clothing is allowed, but excessive wear, stains, or damage may result in a partial refund.
• Custom or personalized items, as well as unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

To request a return, email wanna@keepitcool.life within 14 days of delivery, including your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned items.
